A Family-Driven Legacy

The name "T and R" derives from the initials of our founder, Tom O'Neill, and his son, Ruben. Tom, as a dedicated director, is devoted to supporting his family by nurturing the growth of this business.

Since our establishment in 2018, we've consistently expanded and strengthened our presence. This growth welcomed two more directors, Stephen Marlow and Phil Cox, who brought extensive knowledge and expertise to our organisation. Over the years, we have continued to flourish, securing new contracts and clients across various sectors in the construction industry, year after year!
